Early XOGRAPH Bug – 1918(ish) (AFTER First Stage Restoration)

I just added my early XOGRAPH bug to the Key Collection page under Semi-Automatic keys page. Despite it’s rough look, this key has a lot of character and sends excellent code. I also love the well-worn finger pieces from decades of service. The divots in the finger pieces really provide a tactile link to the bug’s prior owners.

Click on the image above to be brought to the page highlighting this interesting and rather rare piece of telegraph history. You’ll also find Rolph Brown’s Obituary on the page. It’s a very interesting read.
