Here’s the bug that is currently in the bug position on the operating desk. It’s an early homebrew version of a Double-Lever that was later converted to a single lever. Based on the design cues, I’m thinking this is pre-1918, but of course there’s no way to be sure. All of the parts are nickel plated and the craftsmanship is top notch. It’s temperamental on the air about 10% of the time due to the adjustments coming loose. As a result I often check them on-the-fly while sending. When it is behaving it sends great code.
